I am a mother of four, and we have a family of 6. I have had the displeasure of being banned from this office due to unforseen circumstances of having to cancel my appointment. I was told never to come back again. So I guess if you would like to keep this as a dentist location of choice I suggest you never have to cancel an appointment. it is unfortunate but these businesses need to realise that things happen, snow storms, the flu, and arrangements that are made through our kids education programs. Unfortunately this company is not about the people. I'm not sure what the intentions are but I would rather not do business with anyone who runs there practice this way.SincerelyA heartbroken mother
