Dominion Old Placentia Road
Prices are way too high. Can get cheaper elsewhere. A matter of shopping around.Stock levels are much better. Service is excellent in store. Not so much for pharmacy. I had to switch to another pharmacy. It's really sad. I have shopped mainly at Dominion for over 30 years. Now I have to go elsewhere and also on line.

I spent 27 minutes at the meat department waiting to be served. I asked multiple people from other departments to page someone to the meat department to serve me. No one ever did come. The best answer I got was come back in another 35 minutes and someone may be there. I definitely will be getting my steaks cut elsewhere.

Poor management. Lineup out the door and only two cash registers open? I guess with the advent of self checkout they don’t want to pay employees to serve customers these days.

Sure it's just a grocery store, but it's a pretty good one. Selection usually outstrips Sobeys While quality and real niche stuff is probably better at Colmans you can't beat the convenience at Dominion. If you just wanna go to one place, this is the place to go.

Overpriced and under serviced. The person checking us out (2 seniors) made no attempt to help bag groceries; and continued to put other people groceries through while we packed them. At one point there were 3 orders mixed up on the counter. This was on top of the ‘poor/senior’s tax’ - which is buy one and it costs more.

0 is my review. Me and my daughter were there earlier this week. Unreal. 3 cashes open, line ups into the aisles. Went to self checkout, lineups through the aisles and only 2 self checkouts open. This mind you while those checkouts were offline and the point system down. Staff were no help at all just staring off into space or on their cell phones. Start over , hire new intelligent and extra staff, get your system up to par, get a grip. The point systemIs there for a reason, stop screwing customers over. Don’t blame it on system breakdowns, or lack of staff, it is the corporate company not wanting to give enough hours to give benefits. Corporate is making the bills, no one else is. So much for Dominion, bye bye. On to the next one . Unreal, unreal and sickening.
