I feel very comfortable. Nervous when I get to the office but immediately at ease when I am approached by staff. They are asy to talk too, today's session was very helpful and look forward to next session for more progress.

Trish is amazing. I found her extremely easy to relate to, and I was always comfortable speaking with her. Each appointment was helpful in a different way, which made me feel reassured it was time well spent on myself. Tara was great! Although the appointment was for just 30 minutes, however, to understand my concerns Tara stayed extra 15 minutes and allowed me to express my story. It gives me great comfort to know that I am with real professionals and especially with people who genuinely care.

Love talking to Alaina, so comfortable and easy to talk to. Like to talking to a best friend but without judgement. Because a best friend can be judgemental sometimes, trust me!Also great talking to Trish as well, she’s a patient listener and very helpful with anything you need to understand. I have a place that I know that if something has gone wrong in that day or week that I have someone that I can talk to and they will support me 100% all the way and make me feel that I’m not alone.Thank you for that

The new location in Bolton has been prepared for those who want to be seen in-person and online. Trish has worked hard to ensure everyone is kept safe and uses state of the art, top of the line, air filtration systems and moveable glass frames keeping the space clean and safe. Trish is there to help and support you and so is her amazing team!

I truly appreciate the support and guidance that I have received from Trish & the team at the Bolton office. They have been very professional and a pleasure to work with. For me going to therapy was a little uncomfortable but they made me feel welcome and safe to express myself from the start. The Bolton office feels warm and inviting, and I consider it to be a very safe space to discuss whatever it is you need to. I would recommend their services to anybody who feels that they need to talk to somebody who will offer advice and council without judgment.
