2022 April 4★An Italian bakery serving cakes, pastries, coffee and deli sandwiches. With multiple locations across the city, this location is the head office.Walk in and the first thing you'll notice is the at selection of products they serve.The sugar coated fried balls were great. An egg custard style fluffiness that is reminiscent of honey cruller donuts but better!The fried cod sticks were also good, nicely seasoned.The extra large croissant was just so so.. big, but lacked the light fluffy buttery texture. Also not dense, but reminded me like pretzels in a way.Prices fair. Would come again.

Don't order your wedding cake here. My wife and I ordered a custom wedding cake and it was never made/delivered. When we showed up to pick it up on the morning of our wedding, they had nothing for us, they had no excuses, and even now 2 weeks later, no answers. On our wedding day we were given cannolis, tarts, and other desserts to make up for it, but we didn't have our special cake. The cake was paid for in advance, and they never reached out to us to explain, apologize, or refund us. The staff on the other end of the phone were rude in dealing with the whole matter, and only after calling them in the following weeks multiple times, did they finally and reluctantly admit they had negatively impacted our wedding by misplacing our cake, and they offered us a 20% off coupon on our next purchase. I didn't choose to pay over 150$ for tarts, we ordered a cake, and the business did not fulfill their obligation. We have been ripped off. I am super disappointed because the people working at the London branch of nova era are amazing, but I am reluctant to spend my money here again.

No other choice than at least 10* out of 5. Always very pleasant staff, happy and available. This place is simply good. I am visiting it since June 2020 and the customers are the same, staff isn't changing much and is always busy inside and people are talking to each other. Highly recommend!

I've had the pasteis de nata many times and it's always consistently delicious. Staff are friendly too. I really need to try their sandwiches!

Absolutely delicious! This was my first visit to this location, it was worth the drive. The service was excellent. We were looking for a dozen natas but there weren't enough. They had some in the oven so we had an espresso and a snack while we waited. They are following the covid requirements so we felt safe. The girl who served us was wonderfully helpful and kind. Cinnamon on natas is amazing! This will definitely become a favorite spot.
