I've had a great experience with Kathy regarding car insurance. She managed to finalize everything quickly and thanks to her I can pick up my vehicle on the same day we started the quote. I feel like Billyard Insurance Group cares about me. If everything goes well then my insurance premium will be even lower next year instead of being locked in with a high premium. That's important because I'm passionate about managing my finances. Kathy and Billyard Insurance Group allow me to do that. I call that flexible and professional customer service. Thank you!
