Recently bought a 2017 Pathfinder from Pioneer Pre Owned and let me tell you, that from the moment I walked into the lot, Tessa, Jason and the rest of their staff have been nothing less than amazing. They made us feel comfortable and we’re never felt pressured into making any decision. They had all the info on their inventory’s history and had nothing to hide. They answered questions and addressed concerns with crystal clear clarity. They never leave you hanging and went out of their way to make sure the transaction went well and even followed up to make sure that things were still good after the purchase.Put this review to a test and go see them for yourself. Highly recommend!

My husband and I came in on Saturday and had the pleasure of dealing with Tessa and Jason. They were so welcoming and knowledgeable. We went in to look at a few family size SUV's. We were so happy to leave with the vehicle we wanted, and they made the process as smooth and easy as possible. The customer service was beyond amazing and we will definitely be recommending them to friends and family as well as possibly making more purchases in the future. Keep doing what your doing.

Can’t say enough about Jason,Tessa, and Doug. The car was completely as advertised, and product knowledge was second to none. I bought a rare Charger 392 SRT, and after Doug picked me up at the BC Ferries and drove me to the lot, Jason had already sorted how many of that year and model had been produced, and where the other three vehicles in the province were located. Not to mention it was detailed and looking fantastic. Financing was simple, and fair with an owner buy out at anytime without fees or penalties. Definitely going to call Tessa when we are shopping for my wife’s next vehicle, and let these pros find us the right match. The pioneer group have many lots, but I’d recommend calling Jason or a Tessa in Mission BC.

For whatever reason my previous review and a few others were removed from this page.Jason and Tessa are both great at what they do. There is really nothing I can say about the way they run their business that they won't end up proving to you anyways. From explaining every little detail about the whole process so there was no confusion, to assisting to the best of their abilities should a concern arise. They are transparent, incredibly helpful and have actually restored a lot of my faith in the used car market. They work with you to get you the best possible deal/outcome, whatever your situation may be. I really do wish I could rate higher than 5 stars. I will absolutely work with them again in the future.
