The poor kid working was alone on a Friday night and he is told to put priority on the online orders while there’s a room full of clients walking out one after another. I waited 25 minutes in line for him to say “oh another online order” doesn’t seem logically to lose clients standing in front of you for someone to pick up an order he doesn’t even know when

Poor kid working alone at the dinner rush but told to make online orders first waited 39 minutes to get told I need to wait for them to make the online order. Not well organized needs more staff

Bought 2 12 inch-subs they barely put any toppings and the cookies are greasy and under cooked wouldn’t recommend to anyone
