Professional installers, attentive to detail yet installation less than 4 hours. They were open to discussion for AC placement. They were careful to not cause damage of any kind, even my garden. They were very tidy cleaning up afterwards. Also very courteous and respectful. I would highly recommend their service.

The technician was great. Keith knew what he doing. Unfortunatly dealing with Reliance not so much. I was with out hot water for several days.Had great difficulty getting service. Very difficult to understand the call center agents .Follow up from some manager would be great.Again i say the Tech was a knowledgeble person, Very pleasant to deal with

Had no hot water, Technician arrived next day, (within 15 hours) and temporarily fixed the issue with the failing part, he had the replacement part installed within the next 24 hours. (Had to order it). Knowledgeable service, he pointed out a way for me to save money on my gas bill (tank temp was too high). Very happy. Great job.

Peter came to our house to explain efficiently the a/c that we decided to rent. He gave us great offers that we accepted right away. The installers were very efficient, fast and made sure all was in order. Tom from J-Teck is extremely resourceful and definitely knows what he's talking about. We have no problem to recommend Peter Boyer and Tom from J-Tech. Excellent service, friendly and very professional.

It was easy to book an appointment online and choose the date & time that fit my busy schedule. The sales rep reached out to confirm and was prompt and very friendly. He answered all my questions and made me feel at ease about the decision and took all my concerns into consideration without judgment. The application process was a breeze and I have peace of mind knowing my installation date is just around the corner.

I’m editing my review today as my overall experience with Reliance has not been all positive. The sales experience with Bill has been good. Bill was great at explaining everything and listening to what we needed. The installation services was impeccable.The customer service and billing department are no good. I have trusted this company with my banking information and they have broken that trust by taking payments that were not in the signed agreement that we had. When I reached customer service, all I was told is that there would be an internal investigation and that if it was found that there was a mistake made on their part, an adjustment to my account would be made within 2 billing cycle (which is unacceptable). When I reached out the Bill, the sales representative one week ago, he apologized and said someone from the billing department would get in touch with me. I have heard from no one since.So my conclusion is that they should not be trusted as they will give you great service at first to get you to sign a contract, but after that they will just do as they please and the customer service no longer matters.

If you're anything like me (and I know I am), everything starts with the price. I'm never happy when I look at a website and don't see prices, but because I have a tankless water system from Reliance I decided to get a quote on getting central air. I was skeptical, as I always am about visits from sales people to get quotes, but was pleasantly surprised by the rep. Peter Boyer was very subtle and laid back. At no time did I feel pressured or obligated to buy. We sat on my patio and it was like two friends chatting about the Jays or mileage we put on our cars, but instead we talked about the fact that I had to buy a new furnace before central air could be purchased, something about which I know nothing. He patiently explained everything, we spoke about financing and he shared his wisdom on all that I needed to know. He seemed surprised when he asked if I had any questions and I said no, so when he left I knew that I made the right decision. The installation was flawless. Mike and his assistant were friendly and professional, on time, and everything went without a hitch. I cannot recommend the company enough.

John S was the Technician who came today for the annual service maintenance appointment. He was curteous, knowledgeable, efficient, thorough, answered all our questions. Made helpful suggestions to get the temperatures more equal on our 4 levels both in summer and in winter. Was never suggested to us before. Will help us reduce our gas costs. We rate him 10 out of 10. We would request he be the one to do all our service calls or needs in the future. Thanks John.
