Speech Specialists - In Home Speech Therapy Toronto

We are so so pleased with the service we have recieved. We have been working with the speech therapist named Qurat for a little over a year, since our son was about 2. The progress that we have seen in him, is tremendous. We feel that it is partly due to the knowledge and skill Ms. Qurat possesses, as well as how she engages and interacts with our son. Our son literally asks for her all week, in anticipation for their next session. She also provides great tips and suggestions, on how we can better guide our son in his learning and speech development. Highly recommend her.

They claim to have in-home service but they can't deliver the service at all. Very poor operation. I booked the first few appointments with Nathalia Das Gupta and got to see her twice while in between she cancelled my other appointments all within an hour of my appointment time because my home is too far for her (then why did you even book the appointments with me??). Then they matched me with another woman called Toni Lyn Clarke. This one is even worse. For two appointments in a row, she didn't even care to show up or contact me to rearrange the time. I have a young kid and I always need to prearrange childcare for him in order to reserve my entire hour to meet with the therapist. This clinic and their therapists have no respect for the patients. And they don't return voice mails or emails even if you want to book an appointment. I strongly suggest everyone to look for other speech clinics. It's can't be worse than this one.

Our experience with Qurat was really great - she explained things very well and provided realistic suggestions and tips for my grandfather. Will definitely be reaching out to her again!
