The offer i got was good, which is why i decided to go with Trevi, HOWEVER their customer service is very bad!! non-existent actually! Even though the sales woman was so helpful and excited to sell the pool to me and showed me interest, i felt like they dont care about you once you sign the contract! I had called several times regarding the installation of my above ground pool (which was supposed to be last week and of course i hadn’t heard anything from them) to see why they didnt contact me, and the installation department agent replied « well the weather wasn’t nice »!! When i tried to explain to her that it didnt rain that much that week and that i took an entire week off from work just to be there for the installation, she did not empathize at all, and kept interrupting me saying « the weather wasn’t nice, we will call you to schedule » and of course she didnt give me any heads-up as to when that will happen!! I understand that severe weather affects the installation, but it hardly rained that week!!!! On top of that, she was rude, didnt listen and definitely didnt see how inconvenient this was for me!!! Avoid this store and go with club piscine or one of the smaller stores at least you might get a better service!

I have had a negative experience with workers from Trevi on Thursday June 22, 2023.First my husband took the day off work to be with the reinstallation team and he received a negative attitude from the older man about the pool not being a brand new pool as he expected. When my husband informed him that the contract was to move the existing pool and change the liner he stated that Trevi doesn’t tell him anything. Then the man processed to tell my husband that the ground is not level enough and that we will have to have 8 tons of stone dust delivered. I can understand if the area is not level but it seems excessive. When my husband asked him to stay while he called a local excavation company the man said no you have to call Trevi back and reschedule . I do not even have the number to call to reschedule.The most disturbing thing that happened was one of the young men said to my husband that he did not even want to come to my house because of the Indians that are here and that he is afraid. I live in Kanehsatake. I am outraged that in this day and age people like this are hired to work with the public.With all the delays and now this incident it will be time to close my pool for the winter before it gets reinstalled.

Visited the trevi store and it's like I felt I was on vacation! The layout and vibe of all the products is well demonstrated! Personnelput no pressure to buy. I strongly suggest to visit trevi in your in your area. Service is priority, they have it!

By far the best and most professional contractor i have ever dealt with in my life! It all starts with the one and only Jonathan Savard, who sold us a dream in-ground Prestige pool and made sure that the dream came true!We signed the contract in September, with an install date in April. Not only the team came early! They finished the whole construction including the Pavee in less than 3 weeks!! We were always informed of the steps ahead. It was a flawless job, from excavation to pavee install. Its too good to be true, but it is true.Jonathan’s job does not end when he sells the pool, it actually never ends! He is always on call, always answers anytime! Moreover, The Paver was done by a professional who works with Trevi by the name of Jose, who was able to add the cherry on top of the cake with the beautiful landscaping he did, super precise and beautifully done!Thank you Trevi, Jonathan and Jose for making our dream come true!Highly recommended!!

The layout, variety and service was great! Not a high-pressure sale, listened to my preference and offered a really great promotion we hadn't heard about! Answered all our questions and process was smooth!

If you for some reason don’t speak French (unfortunately) avoid this company ! Rude customer service representative (opening swimming pool) for your money will make sure you feel uncomfortable at your own property, just because you don’t speak his language. And at the end he perfectly speaks both French and English. Harassment!!!

Large store catering to the needs of pool owners which means it gets very busy as summer approaches...

Amazing service in Blainville, kind staff, courteous and professional. They took their time with us and answered all our questions. Can’t say enough good things. They made sure we were happy and worked on getting us a fast delivery date on top of it all.

Horrible store! Save yourself the trip and order from Amazon instead. The most common pool part (skimmer basket) they dont even carry in stock!!!! I tas 10:15am and we were 5 clients asking for the same part and a cocky employee replied arrogantly to all of us. Making us feel like we are not welcome and are from another planet. Clearly some kind of stereotyping situation. This store clearly has problems with people that their last name is not Tremblay or Gagnon!

Staff is friendly and they have a huge variety of products to choose from. The prices are good compared to other stores we visited (although the quality isn't the highest, it's great value for the price)
