Gentleman at the front office are so polite, attentive and professional. My first visit was also great: quick and efficient service with little wait time, and I didn’t even have an appointment. My second time however, which I had made an appointment for this time, was rushed and the person I consulted with this time around seemed rather annoyed and saw things only her way. I went along with it to get through my scheduled appointment, however once I left I knew I most probably wouldn’t go back there. The lady was rude for no reason.

I fractured my wrist and ended up at J.E Hanger on Saint-Jacques. I have been there several times over the last four weeks. I think these people take a nice pill in the morning before they go to work. Whether they are busy or not, they are very polite in both English and French. Nicolas Roy who was my orthotist was amazing! Him and the other orthotist are very well versed in their field. All in all it was a great experience.

A must not go place, you are bothering them. Dr. Birman will prioritize those he knows. You will wait hours if you are not one of them. Hangers is a declining low standard organisation.

I can only say very bad! They made a prosthesis for my footdrop, and delivered it to me after a month! After several visits to fix it, I had to throw it away and get it from the internet! Don't waste your money and time go elsewhere

Was recently fitted for a brace for carpal tunnel. Called to make an appointment and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Great service and instructions on how to wear the brace, ice etc. Highly recommend

My son had an appointment at 1 o’clock and we are still here in the waiting room waiting for more than 50 minutes now so that’s the reason why give them one star and there’s no other patients we don’t see another patient in front of us but they make us wait for an hour and I asked the receptionist what is the reason she couldn’t answer and she kept us waiting for even longer. The patients without appointment went in before us and then the patient with an appointment at 2pm came in and waited only for 5 minutes.

Below average customer service. I called 4 times in 2 days--during new COVID hours--to inquire about their services and no one answered. I finally went to the St-Jacques location in person only to be turned away rudely because I had no appointment and I had no prescription. Their woeful website does not indicate that their services are by appointment only and with a prescription only. In addition, there's no way to make an appointment online.

Made a bad review for wait times but surprisingly the services are top notch with fast replies. They made sure I got the best prescriptions and i am very happy. Thank you

I was prescribed an arm brace for my hand and was recommended here. Service was pleasant and the wait time was fine.The braces took a bit of time getting used to because I'd keep hitting my face with it while I was sleeping but other than that it worked well to alleviate my wrist pain.
