I can understand that mistakes happens but 3 times in one month is too much for a company like LKQ. The last order was a part for a 2016 Acura ILX , it says on the invoice rear right and I received the rear left. When I told them it is the 3rd time this month they said they can’t do anything about it. The salesperson said mistakes happen. 3 times in one month with me only. Who knows how many customers out there have the same issues. The problem before that they sent me a 2017 Nissan Sentra driver seat and the invoice says right seat. Every time I have to wait for 3 to 4 business days to get my part replaced . I am not buying from LKQ anymore but it doesn’t matter because they already told me they don’t care and that I can complain to head office and they offered me to hive the head office number too. It is really a shame. You are careless about your business and this is your problem but when you make customer pay more money for your mistake that is a big problem.------------------------------------------------------------------------------Today is August 31, 2021. I called in for a retractor for a 2018 Subaru Legacy . The price on car-part.com is $60. I asked Tanzin (worst salesperson ever) about it he said it is $90 and he needs 7 business days to get it to me. I told him car-part is showing that you have one for $60 he said car-part is a third party and they are not reliable. Seriously? I really don't know how to deal with those people anymore. I just hung up in his face. All the mechanics and body shops check the parts first on car-part before they call any dismantler. Shall we tell them that car-part is not a reliable source for prices?

Quick and knowledgable staff, good used parts and well priced new stuff. I bought my used hemi through lkq and they are the best.

The Customer Service staff answered my questions and had the part I ordered the next morning. The individual on the desk was friendly, courteous and efficient.

This place had exactly what I needed. Mirror for driver side. Tail light with new bulb socket. Rocker panels for both sides. All for 2010 ram 1500. Very friendly staff and efficient.

Nice place. If you’re looking for used car parts, this is the place to be.
