Blair attempted to repair my hot tub but one repair quickly turned into numerous ones. He so called fixed one thing to have something else break because of the first repair. He put incorrect parts in my tub causing electrical issues that could have taken my home. He never wants to take ownership and wants to keep charging for every visit he makes. He keeps his own schedule and has no concern for people that have taken days off work to be there for his coming early. Never came early and sometimes even well after dark. He steals your good parts and refuses to return them or, in my case, returns old dilapidated parts that aren't even for your tub. He is a dishonest business owner and I beg everybody not to use him. He even overcharged drastically. He is a SCAMMER through and through....please be careful with this person

Our technician Blair was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We had a party planned for the weekend and our pool needed repair on such short notice. He was more then accommodating and did a professional job, and made time even though he was booked up. I highly recommend Burlington Pool and Spas. We had such a great experience and the work we received was exceptional and the price was very reasonable. We will use Burlington Pool and Spas for any maintenance and upkeep moving forward and I’m pleased to know that we’re in good hands.

I haven't been unable to use my hot tub all winter. Blair has not shown up as promised. Work was paid in full ahead of service completed, as he requested. Hot tub is left unsafe to use for months. Still waiting on promised parts, lied and said he was going to send them through the mail for us to complete the job ourselves. That was 3 weeks ago and still no parts.

Blair was very knowledgeable and able to troubleshoot the issues we had with our new hot tub. He was a trooper - worked in the dark in subzero temperatures to ensure we could finally enjoy our purchase. Thank you so much Blair, we will definitely recommend you to our friends and family!

BEWARE! BLAIR RUCH IS A SCAMMER!He sold me a pump for my hot tub that was missing the rear seal. The pump leaked as if the hose was on. He installed the wrong impeller and it was bound up so it wouldn’t have worked even if it didn’t leak so bad. He said he’d make it right the next day, then it was oh “I’ll be by tomorrow, I promise”. It’s now been a week with no response. The negative weather has arrived and I had to winterize my tub so I wouldn’t cause anymore damages. $300+ for nothing.

Blair Ruch came on a Friday to look at our hot tub!! Changed a part that we did not need changed and then told us it was a pump that would cost $429 plus labour charge said he was picking up part but needed money up front!! That should have been a red alert right there but gave him the money any way!! Surprise, surprise we don't see him again and he is ghosting us!! Do not let this man scam you too!! He is a scam artist!!If I could give 0 or negative for this review I would!!!

Blair helped me get an old Hot Tub up and running that was leaking all over the place! He was very helpful and a great guy to deal with! I would definitely recommend him for professional, courteous work. The Hot Tub is back to life now and heating up at this very moment!

Had many delays and I did not feal confident in his ability to repair my hot tub after seeing reviews after I requested his services.He took my pumps to rebuild them, one of them was not repairable so he sold me a used one. Upon receiving the used pump and repaired pump, neither worked.I requested a refund as I was not impressed with the delays, lack of communication and quality of work.Blair did refund most of the money paid and I took my original pumps (including the one he could not fix) to a repair shop afterward and they were fixed.Nice enough guy but I was frustrated with the delays and lack of progress.

WHERE DO I BEGIN??My advice to anyone needing repairs to their hot tub/spa etc is do yourself a favour, DO NOT let Blair RUCH anywhere near your tub.My Jacuzzi J-365 tub was running well, except that the 2-stage pump had stopped. I contacted the company I purchased the tub from, and they sent Blair, as they had just hired him to service their customers. Right from the start, he appeared that he was unsure of what was causing the problem.After about 2 hours, he diagnosed it as the circuit board, and removed it, doing damage to other parts along the way. A new board ($500)was ordered, and he returned to install it. After another 2 hours, it was still not working. He left, stating that he would return to complete the repair, and despite numerous calls and messages, he has never returned, but took my defective" circuit board when he left. The company has been unable to contact him

Blair came over to close my pool this week in a home I was selling in Oakville. I have been using Blair for years for anything related to my pool or hot tub.I would highly recommend him to anyone.Blair and team, I wish you guys the best in your future endeavours and can wait to see ya in the spring.Cheers!
