Pet Valu

Worst customer service ever!!! I went this afternoon to buy items that I saw online at Pet Valu and shows that this store have 2 in stock. I couldn't find it at first so I ask the lady clerk. It was evident that she was too lazy to look as she says that they don't have it right away without looking it up. When I showed her the online site that shows they have it in stock, she says online is wrong and they don't have it in stock. I decided to double check the back shelves as I drove 25 km for this item, and I finally found them on the shelves. I was going to purchase them but I noticed that they were $12 more than the other Pet Valu stores. I don't know why I bothered but I asked the same clerk who happens to be the cashier too, she says I don't know why it's higher

I made an appointment for my dog for teeth cleaning through this pet valu a few weeks ago and I brought my dog Ollie" today. I was little skeptical if they can do the job at all because my dog was very scared and showed little anxiety. I got Ollie's teeth cleaning job done 3 years ago at the vet we normally go to and I felt bad that they need to put him asleep. So I didn't want that and I heard from someone that there is a pets teeth cleaning service at the pet valu. But all pet valu do not have this service so I phoned around.The kissable k9 care is awesome. Not only they do the good job but also know how to handle the dogs. I am so happy that my dog's teeth is perfectly clean. And I definitely recommend to everyone who have a dog. The price is very reasonable and your satisfaction will be guaranteed!"

Great service, friendly staff and always have what I need. Never out of stock, that's the way of doing business. Keep up the great work!

The employees working here are always so friendly. Thanks for being open later than the other pet stores. I always know that this Pet Valu is there for me when I need them.

Shopping here was a treat for me as much as the products will be a treat for my new puppy! Matthew is an exemplary sales associate; not only because of how helpful and insightful he was about my puppy's needs, but also because he was such a delight to speak with and just have some good conversation :) I'll be coming back for more stuff soon, I'm sure!

This is the only place I shop at for my cats. The staff is always friendly, talkative and go above and beyond by helping me carry heavy bags to my car every visit. Management is kind and you can really tell they care about the store and community. Not to mention, their partnership with Rescue Angels is a great cause and that's how I was able to rescue my two cats! Keep up the great work.

i bought lots of things from here. cat food cat treat cat toy and so on. all staff here are friendly and helpful. last month i was trying to feed raw meat but my cat refused to eat it. they refunded me without receipt. no problem at all. i love this location and will continue shopping here.

Nothing wrong with the store - but if you're not shopping for a Cat or a Dog the selection is almost non-existent. Should maybe me Cat/Dog Valu""

I often go to this store for food and treats and other things for my cats. They have big variety of treats. The staff there are very friendly and polite. The store is very clean. I just got a bag of 40lb litter and they helped me to load it into the car. That is really helpful for me because my back has problem and 40lb bag is really too heavy for me to lift.
