UC Baby 3D Ultrasound

Great experience! First ultrasound my husband was able to attend with me and it was during the gender scan. Our technician was very friendly, appointment was fast (but did not feel rushed), rooms are comfortable and welcoming!Really happy with my experience and I’m excited to have my 3D scan completed in March 2023!! Much better than the OHIP covered ultrasounds. Highly recommend.

We went back in July 2022 and decided to go with the ultimate package. We were very dissatisfied about the gender reveal ultrasound. You pay for 15 minutes and we were there literally 5 minutes we felt rush and the equipment could be more modern. We called the owner and ask him to switch the ultimate package just to the gender reveal and he did reimburse the difference.

Terrible experience all together.. My husband and I were so excited to get to see our little girl for the first time and it didn’t turn out.. The customer service was very bad. The technician was getting mad at the baby because she couldn’t get a good pictures of her?? Blame it on her being to low to see her face but even her hand and foot photos look distorted.. not to mention it was painful with the pressure she was using and trying to “move the baby” (by shaking my belly). The face photos she did so quick and the pictures honestly looked scary and had me worried awhile after. The two lady’s they were having a personal conversation about there weekend plans and ignored me and my husband. Trust me go somewhere else

I went with my friend and the technician Stephanie was so beyond incredible. So professional, and made sure she answered all the questions my friend had about the process. If I ever have a baby I’m definitely going to see her! What an amazing memory for someone to have of their little one during the growth process ♥️

Great experience!I wasn't sure what to think after reading some negative reviews on the website, but I can say now that our experience was 100% positive.The staff was very friendly, accommodating, and skilled at their job. Like any ultrasound, the success is somewhat dependent on whether the baby will get into position. It was very fast to find out the baby's gender, but the ultrasound tech really hard to work to get the baby's face in view (baby was covering its face with both hands...and feet).In the end they agreed to a profile shot.

We went here to find out the gender and it was such a clean and beautiful place. Stephanie was SO nice, friendly, compassionate and helpful. She made us feel super comfortable. I highly recommend this experience!

Steph was absolutely incredible, took the time to show me everything she was seeing and then made sure to keep the surprise of our gender until I got home with my husband to reveal it. It was such a great experience and the excitement she had for our little family along with kindness and compassion she showed makes it clear that she loves this job and her clients. I wouldn't hesitate to send everyone I know to Steph. Thanks Again!

Very welcoming and felt very comfortable during our visit. Was so surreal seeing our little baby moving around inside of my tummy! :)
