I wanted to sign a 1 year lease with them for an apartment with an ongoing promotion. The sales rep offered me the terms, I agreed, sent all the paper work including my social, paystubs and filled the rental application. The management later reneged on the terms. A colossal waste of time. Very unprofessional.

Terrible receptionist. Extremely rude lady.I called for a rent and she acted like she’s God, I need her more than she wanted to talk with me.Terrible attitude. No professional.Brigil definitely must replace her, if not, you will loose many many many customers.

I am sharing my story because I know I am not alone and other families may want to share their own after my story is published.2014, we were just married, younger and dumber unfortunately. 5 years ago we met with Rolande Goyette (who doesnt work there anymore..I wonder why) a sales rep for Brigil. She basically took advantage that we were young and dumb and sold us on a rent to own" contrac t for a beautiful townhome. We didnt even visit more than one house she basically decided the adresse for us. The initial rent was offered at a 300$ a month discount for 30 months so we were paying 1400 a month and in that 1400 a sum was accumulated for a down payment.The house was basic

I wish you could give a zero. I live in Carleton crossing in Carleton Place and it has been nothing but lies since I have moved in. No work gets completed. The is no communication between the customer and brigil. I have had five customer service rep in the less then one year. Brigil just point the finger at anyone else trying to blame the contractors that they hire or the city.

I had an appointment to discuss rentals at the Columbia building and encountered the most standoffish, judgie rental agent I've ever had this misfortune of meeting. As soon as she saw me, it was very obvious she was sizing me up based on my appearance and decided it was not worth her time. She would not give me the time of day, was very condescending, would not answer any of my questions and would not show me the brochure. I can find better elsewhere.

After selling my home during this crazy housing market frenzy, I found myself having to look quickly for an apartment to rent for 3 months while awaiting the possession of my new home.Having had the chance to experience the wonderful restaurant Le 460 St-Laurent last year, I knew this building was new modern and clean so I decided to inquire about the possibility of renting an all furnished suite in order to avoid moving my belongings twice. Luckily, they had a suite available for me.Now 5 months into my stay, personal circumstances have made it so that I have to stay longer then expected. The Administration has been very flexible with the duration of my stay and were willing to let me stay longer then I had planned. I am not disappointed! I love this place! The staff is very courteous and responsive. The building is very clean and well maintained. I had a chance to try out the great pool and hot tub with a wonderful panoramic view in between the second and third lock down. I even ordered meals from the in-house restaurant that were delivered to my door just like at a chic hotel! When gatherings were permitted, I invited some friends to come and hang out in the beautiful lounge! I even managed to score some finger foods from Le St-Laurent! The chef was very accommodating and delivered! My friends were all in awe of the place.The rent seems pricey at first but when you consider that all is included -heat/AC-cable and Wifi it all makes sense. The indoor heated parking garage was a bonus this winter! My unit is situated on the St-Laurent BLVD side. It can get a bit noisy at first but then I got used to it. The units are really well isolated and I can’t even tell if I have neighbours above/below and on each sides since it is very quiet.Overall, I recommend this building to anyone looking to rent in this area and have peace of mind! I don’t regret my decision at all! Now, if Ford can just allow the common areas to re-open I can’t wait to go enjoy the great rooftop with a nice glass of wine!

Their after sale service is the worst. Started back in 2014 when we rented a condo. The day of possession the condo was not ready and dirty with dust. The representative had to hire a third party company to clean it while we were waiting to move in with the truck full of our furniture.. we waited two hours. When we got in the condo we noticed that a lot of things were not finished as they were in construction holidays. I had to complain several times for them to come fix it and it took them two months to finish the condo. And I was pregnant while going through this stress I wanted everything to be perfect before my baby comes. We were on a rent to own. The representative assured us that by doing a rent to own we wouldn't be stuck buying the condo that we could upgrade to buying a house if we wanted to. So that is what we did. In 2018 we decided to buy a house with them despite everything that had happened. It was our only option since we already had a downpayment with them. If I knew I would have never signed the contract with them.So we decided to buy a house with then in 2018 and now we are having some issues with the ceiling leaking and toilets clogging all the time. We have tried for several month now to get in touch with someone and nobody answers. We have sent emails, we called. There are no follow ups. It has been since june that we moved in and we are now in October. All that's left to do is to involve lawyers and send them a notice to fix it and pay us compensation.THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY. NEVER AGAIN. I DONT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. BE AWARE

Bought a condo a while back in 2012 and sold it in 2021. Brigil always builds in strategic locations. that's what i noticed. After i bought the condo, a year later did an inspection, and they made all what the inspector mentioned in his report (i had obviously to be pushy, you have to), but overall, they cooperated. Lived in the condo, it was a corner unit. No particular issue, really, with the quality of construction wise. I was satisfied. i was not disappointed. Sold my condo really quick and had no issue during the process. Overall, i would recommend their homes and condos.

Run.Rented a luxury" condo from them while relocating and have been extremely unsatisfied. The rental agent lied to us about the construction happening next door. Through the summer months the building was not complete and there was loud construction for 14+ hours per day. In the winter months the pool randomly closed. Everything is poorly and cheaply built. We have had issues with every utility

Do not buy from Brigil!!!!!!! I purchased a condo 3 years ago. Biggest mistake I have ever made in my life. Once you sign the papers don't expect any help from them. They do not return phone calls. I have a check from them that is expired and I've called the customer service number and the sales department numerous times and nobody has called me back.
