After a bad experience with a different company - they were awful!! - I had an amazing experience with Wine Country Waste & Septic.When I called, I had to leave a message first. But, within 10 minutes, Steve called me back and WOW!!!He was friendly and available! He showed up within a couple hours and fixed my original problem (a seriously plugged up holding tank) plus the mess that the previous company (Darlorn Septic Services) had left me with. He was professional, listened to my issue, and was very respectful and courteous throughout the whole time he was here. He was very conscientious in his approach and made sure the job was done fully, and done right.He is a local guy and if you want to support a GREAT local business, you'll be very happy with Steve and the job he does. I'm very happy with the results.
