Consumer service is awesome. My shirt was lost in mail and they send me another express right the next day i got it. The print is just Kreygasm!!!!

Went there for 2 t-shirts before my 4 months trip. Quality was good, I'm still able to wear them. Staff was Ok, willing to help me. The store does whatever you expect a clothing store to do. I'd recommend them.

I placed an online order and my shirt looked fitted on the website but in person it was like a boxy tent. When I politely expressed my disappointment to the staff they were extremely rude and blamed me for not reading the fine print on the website. After insisting they finally agreed to make me another shirt. The deadline was not respected and I was not informed. I went to the boutique 3 times and when I finally got the shirt, it was the wrong color and covered with ink stains on the back. / Original Boutik où le client n'a jamais raison!

My point of view on Original BoutikFirst point: Original respects its customers but they are also listening to their expectations.Second point: Original offers a wide selection of clothes compared to their competitors.Third point: The price is not expensive for the quality of the garment and the impression that I asked was printed successfully, now remains to be seen if it will with several washing.Fourth point: I Delivery is not so much whether it is 3-4 weeks when it is that I live in France, next time I hope I have 4 weeks before.In conclusion, for my part, I find that the company has responded Original all my expectations and that is why I gives them a good note and I highly recommend ... I've had a couple of shirts printed here. I was very impressed with the quality of the t-shirts and the printing job. I highly recommend this store.

Very disapointed. Ordered 4 t-shirts. They were supposed to be shipped within 48h. After a week, wrote an email. Told me they just shipped out. When the order finally arrived, one t-shirt was the wrong color. Called them ... They told me they would send me the right color right away. After a week, sent them an email just to find out they havent shipped it yet but that they would in the next day. Received the package a few days later just to find out that again, it still wasnt the right color.Then asked for a refund ... they said they would without a problem. Asked again a week later and then an other week later. Still no refund. Currently disputing the charge with my credit card company.STAY AWAY.

I made an order in the begging of April and i never received my items. We are now May 24. I keep on calling and noone answers. Once they answered and the worker said that the person in charge of the shirt production will contact me and i never got a call back. I called multiple times before the worker answers and says the stores closed and to call back tomorrow and will do a remboursement and when i call back, no answer once again. So I basically got screwed over and robbed.

If I could put 0 stars, i'd do... we ordered from them a couple years back with my band, we had ordered for around 1500$ of t-shirts with multiple sizes... The printing was okbut they never gave me the whole order.. And when they said they would refund me the missing shirts, they never did it... (their montreal store closed not long after they stole us..."
