Some of their agents are OK and there was a good one who left. Avoid dealing with Henry. Both times I dealt with him I was disappointed. He works painfully slowly. He almost messed up my simple house insurance renewal. When I went for the auto insurance renewal yesterday he tried to push me to buy loss of use coverage and continued to try to push it even after I refused.
