A friend of mine recommended Amy Youngren back in 2017 to help with the sale of a condo. After a great experience with her team, we did not hesitate to reach out again 6 years later to North Group; this time, to help with the purchase of a condo. Amy and Carmen provided amazing customer service throughout the whole process. My experience working with Laurel was top notch! When I first moved to Toronto in 2020 Laurel helped me to find my rental unit (from Montreal without evening seeing the place in person). Fast forward 3 years later my partner and I are looking to purchase our first home, Laurel was the obvious choice! Laurel was super helpful and communicative during the entire process. Sophie Bokelmann is everything you could want in a real estate agent. She is excellent at communicating (particularly appreciated as someone trying to navigate home hunting long distance), and responds quickly to messages and requests for viewings (also appreciated as someone who works irregular hours). She was attentive to a specific list of wants and requirements in our search, making sure that our criteria was broad enough to cast a reasonable sized net, but also ensure extraneous listings were filtered out (including refining and adapting the criteria as we went). I won't hesitate to recommend Sophie to anyone I know looking for help finding a rental.
