We were really happy with all the flowers for our wedding. Hilary was very helpful and listened to what we wanted. The communication along the way was a little slow, requiring patience, and we needed to push to get good visual representations of what things would look like. All of that was worth it.The final results were excellent, and the arrangements we gave to our moms and others are lasting well after the wedding.

My mom ordered flowers for my partner and was so thrilled to be supporting a small local business, especially one with the flower fairy! She told me how lovely Hilary was, going out of her way to order red carnations in (in memory of my partner’s mom who passed). The bouquet is stunning, and completely unique to all of the other florists we’ve ordered from. Honestly, everything was perfect, and now I have a new favourite florist!

Highly recommend! I was looking for a creative arrangement that wasn’t too “cookie cutter” and Hilary delivered! The arrangement was beautiful and the colours were perfect.The flowers were a surprise for my sister in law and they went over and above to ensure they were delivered to her apartment (entry doors and phone systems can be a challenge). 10/10 would buy again!

Brookstead Fine Flowers is absolutely amazing. And its amazing for one reason, the owner, Hilary. Hilary is an exceptional designer who puts her heart and soul into every bouquet and arrangement. She handpicks only the best flowers and puts such care into everything she does. Brookstead Fine Flowers is my go-to for everything flowers, and my husband knows, any time he buys me flowers, they better be from Hilary. 1000% Recommend.

I am from Saskatchewan and needed to send some flowers to a coworker in Whitby. Owner Hilary answered my call, was friendly, professional, efficient, and extremely helpful. Gave her my parameters and let her fill in the details on her end. She was quick with her turnaround time and sent me pictures. It was a lovely experience. If I ever need to send flowers in Whitby again, Brookstead Fine Flowers will be my go to!

This is a bit of a different review… I needed a happy and bright bouquet delivered to my friend’s house and I found this flower shop on Google. I called, and Hilary was so lovely and helpful. She was super patient explaining me about the flowers she would add in the bouquet and how it would look. She then texted me a picture of the bouquet when it was ready, and while it was beautiful, I just didn’t love it. I guess I had imagined something else in my mind. When I said I don’t love it, Hilary offered to refund. I felt so bad, really. She was sooooo nice and warm with me and I didn’t love it. I still feel bad that I had to turn it down and get the refund.

Such an amazing experience! Walked in, told them my budget and a bit of what I was looking for. Walked out not even ten minutes later with a gorgeous bouquet. The person I gave it to said it was the prettiest arrangement she's ever seen. Definitely not cookie cutter and I'm thankful for that! Won't be going anywhere else.

I have been ordering fresh cut flowers from Hilary every month since July 2020 for my mom and she has never disappointed either of us! All the arrangements are unique and beautiful! I would recommend Brookstead to everyone!
