We recently purchased a car from this dealership. From the moment we signed the contract, the service was terrible! We were given the wrong information from the salesman, who had assured us this was the perfect car for our needs. In the end, we didn't get the accessories we wanted on the car. There was a part broken on the car when it was made available to us. It has been two months and this issue still has not been resolved. We called for more information and they said they would call back in 5 minutes. They never respond to our phone calls. We regret our purchase from this dealership. The service is unprofessional and disrespectful.

Parts AND service closed several days before christmas. Almost got stranded for 2 weeks without a car! The folks at Canadian Tire helped out with a temporary fix.

Poor service, bad inspection. Since January, after my car been alignment. Steering wheel been shacking. I toll them 1 week later and the month after until April. Another oil change. They do nothing and put the blame on my wheel. New tire since April, run out in June. The mechanic didn't check there was a loose screw and top of all, there no note that I mentioned that my car is not safe. They will blame you and don't care for your safety. BE SMART THIS PLACE WILL RIP YOU OFF! Yes, I bought my car from another Ford dealer and 1 review wrote that they guys don't care for your car. Well, he right! Picture of my drive shaft slip in to 2 pieces. They should close there door after a lots of bad review this year.
