Everytime I go to this location the drive through is backed up so I go inside because there is little to no line. Still takes anywhere between 10-20 minutes for me to be servedSeems like no one works the front.

Use the drive thru often in the AM during the week. They are always quick , even if there is a line up , does not take long to serve everyone . I have never had a problem, with service or my order !

When the staff are this unhappy, verging on grumpy and rude, I always wonder what the management/company are like to work for! Can't always blame the guys on the frontline.

One of the worst Tim Hortons experiences we’ve ever had. Bad enough that it warranted leaving this review so hopefully others don’t have the same encounter we did. Kitchen was severely under-staffed and under-prepared. Had to change out order twice due to no ingredients on hand (such as rice). Service was poor, with staff seemingly not caring about the businesses success or the customers. Once we finally got our order through two sandwiches took almost 15 minutes to prepare.

I bought three steep tea amd two 12 grain bagles bagles are not tosted they just put butter and give it to us and steep tea are not even tasty . It taste like its keep it more than its time

10/10 service. Consistent hot coffee at lightening speed. I honestly cannot say enough positive things about this Tim Horton's location. The drive-thru service is SO efficient, I ALWAYS get my coffee on Fridays AND make it to work on time. The drive-thru line can get lengthy at times (I go around 7:45-8:00am), but don't be deceived because I usually I wait no more than 3 minutes with 5-7 cars in front of me. I know of some places where 5-7 cars could take up to 10-15 minutes, but this has NEVER the case here. The coffee is always hot and fresh, always consistent (I know some places have burnt coffee), and the staff there are always so friendly.

I really had an unwelcoming gesture. I felt bad. I don’t know why was that, he greeted every white guy except me who’s brown. He didn’t ask what I want, he just flicked his eyebrows. What the F attitude was that!!!!

These guys are horrible. The lady who was taking my order, keeps on arguing with me. And they handout me wrong order. When I ask for sandwich, she rudely said we dont carey that sandwiches. We pay for hashbrowns as well but they didnt mention that they dont have hashbrowns. So we got potato wedges instead. Such a terrible food service i had ever recieved.
