Very professional and friendly staff. Also for the Pokemon GO trainers there are two gyms and several pokestops in this area.

Love having this building in such close proximity to the library, and with plenty of parking. Summer nights there's a schedule of free concerts which take place in the plaza outside.

Not a nice place to live if you want to have more than one vehicle per family.Plus the crime rate.At least we have bus lanes that we can't drive in on off hours. Win win...

Since when does parking enforcement come bang on your door like the police ?? Had a guy bang on my door about my parking infront my own house with work going on in my driveway very unprofessional and rude !

Used to be nice place to live but for the past 3 years the city is good only for collecting 6000$ property tax and nothing else as the street at the south side is getting too old the sidewalk and curb are all damaged, loud music from bars and lounge up to 2.30am (it starts to feel like living in an industrial area)

Great response from bi-law, others areas not so much. Issues relating to Town construction roads etc. not addressed and I needed to do the repairs myself. Waited several months for a response.

These Idiots Implemented $20 parking for non residents at the waterfront park on Harwood during the height of the pandemic; and now they put in a bylaw that says you cant park on the street between after 12am 365 days a yearThese clowns need to get replaced asapTrash city to live in

Bylaw enforcement is a pathetic joke in this town. Young man's company sign taken down by bylaw enforcement on private property where a lawn service was just completed to showcase the company who did the work. Another reason why ajax has the lowest hous prices in Durham
