This company seems to be very quick and professional at first..... The project just seems to drag on and on, they don't seem to work full days on a project to resolve it in a timely manner. They will use your furniture as a work bench, they will staple plastic carelessly into hardwood trim. They almost flooded my house by not following specific directions. Be careful and follow up frequently. They even tried to have me sign liability release forms so insurance could pay before the job is complete.

I recently had a house fire and Servicemaster came out and cleaned up walls and tear down walls and stuff like that, I did a terrible job cleaning up the walls. They got paid pretty well and I had to go over their work especially in the attic and in the lot in the closet. Wasn't worth the 5000 they charge me and didn't get any call back and help with my service was.

Did an awful job on our home office.Service Master didn't clean properlyTook way too many breaksOnly worked half a day then came back a few weeks later.Did an awful job!We showed several people the job ServiceMaster Restoration did. Everyone we showed were shocked by how poor of a job they did. Plus it took them 2 months to do what they called finished. Everyone complained by how poor of a job they did.The job was so poor we had no choice but hire another company to clean the disaster they left behind.We sent photos showing what kind of work they do and what it looks like.Look at the photos would you pay 21k to have your home look like that.They are a ScamBuyer Beware...

I had ServiceMaster come to my house after a Waterloss. The workers were very helpful and nice. Def would use them again if I had to.
