Mark's

Great, they had what I needed, cashier was fantastic and now I have a rewards card I didn't know about that I will totally use. Wish I got her name so I could thank them here. 10 out of 10 will go again :D

The Marks has very good collection.Fairly priced store.The staff is very friendly, smiling and helpful.

Their products are always the best! All my shoes come from Mark's. I'll like the safety certified ones. They are made extra rugged and last forever. Yet they often don't look like work boots. The clothing line is just awesome especially winter outdoor wear. If you have any problems they stand behind what they sell!

Customer service should be separate from the cashiers. Long line up. I'm sure that's due to the Christmas season. I used to love shopping there. Prices and selection keep me away.

Prices seem to be increasingly high and quality is lacking at the price point. It has become very difficult to buy quality work boots at a reasonable price. The service provided has also decreased. Often times it is difficult to find anyone to help aside from the cash attendants. Clothing remains good quality but often over priced. I find myself often leaving without what I went to buy. Sales are good but regular prices seem to be a rip off.

Stopped in to purchase some jeans. I had a great experience! I was served by Alex and she was great! I was having great difficulty finding what I was looking for and Alex approached me and was very eagar to assist me in finding what I needed! I would give her more than 5 stars but that is as high as the rating goes! Great job Alex!

Helpfull staff. It can get busy here at times. Maybe give yourself an extra 5 minutes to spare when coming here for shopping.Prices can be expensive however Mark's makes up for this with all the different sales they have yearly, so always keep your eyes open for new sales that may pop up.I purchase 90% of my clothing here.Nice material and always a good variety to pick fromService 9/10Prices 7/10Staff 9/10Building maintenance 8/10Cleanliness 9/10

Great selection of work boots/shoes. Quality clothes.

This is a go to store of mine. Fantastic selection of men's work wear. Fantastic selection of cold climate outdoor clothing. You'll find everything you need to stay warm from undergarments to weather rated Coats. Large variety of brands for every department. I also love the selection of men's shirts. My father wants nothing else but his" pocketed collard shirts that keep him stylish and are easy to wash and wear. Huge selection to choose from for every season. They carry SAXX brand and that's my husband's go to. Something for everyone. I always make out fantastic with their sales and can usually purchase a few shirts for my dad for the cost of one. They have different sale campaigns constantly. Clean store with change rooms if needed. The staff has gone out of their way to give me excellent customer service. I highly recommend it!"

I knew better than to go to pick up my package shortly after receiving the email that it was ready for pickup. Apparently all parcels are delivered by dump truck into some back room with no lighting.It's odd that retailers still haven't figured out better ways to serve online customers.
