The Collar Crew Dog Boarding

We boarded our big baby, for the first time, and we couldn't have been happier with the care she received. All the buildings are very clean and the owners were extremely nice. When we checked in over the weekend, to see how she was doing, they responded right away and sent pictures of her playing with her new friends. I highly recommend The Collar Crew and feel so at ease if i ever need to board her again.

Just picked up our 2 year old GSD after a 9 night stay at the Collar Crew and couldn't be happier. Billy was in good spirits after getting home and seems like he was well cared for. After previous trips to other kennels he had seemed depressed for a few days after getting home. I like the fact that this is a smaller kennel and there is more time to invest care into each individual dog. Additionally, I like that they have a 'turf' outdoor space to reduce ticks and a large indoor play area for inclement weather. We had received updates while away from Will on Billy's status which went a long way. I noticed in the updates that Will was playing fetch with Billy instead of just letting him sit in his kennel or the yard. Further to the care that Billy had received, we also received excellent client service from Will. Overall we are very pleased and look forward to boarding with the Collar Crew in the future.

So impressed and happy with the care our boy received this past week. The facility is new and clean. They were easy to communicate with, prompt with replies and updates. It's very clear that they care a lot about the dogs who come into their care. Thank you for the pawsitive experience!
