Osmow's Shawarma
First time here and had a nice experience. We got the chicken shawarma on the rocks and sticks. Special thanks to Shivam for the kind service :) The preparation was a little slow but the food was great!

I picked up a large Shwarma on sticks just an hour back. Came home, opened the pack and I find this. Please be careful for takeout from this joint.

Where do I begin. Well I ordered two Sharwama one chicken and one beef Regular. I asked for lettuce, tomatoes, onions, garlic sauce and Tahini sauce. First I noticed they made me 3 Sharwama, 2 chicken and 1 beef. None of them had the correct toppings. They had jalapeños, Yellow peppers and pickled beets in addition to.my requested toppings. The French Fries were cold and uncooked for the most part. Overall this was the worst ever experience. When I told them about the 3rd Sharwama, they couldn't refund money and insisted that I take the 3rd. I clearly told them I didn't want it, but hey. The staff isn't friendly and clearly do not pay attention to order details.I will not be returning for any future food from this place. What a horrible experience, so avoid because there are much better places to get Sharwama.If I could give a zero 0 stars, I would definitely not hesitate.

Good food. Shawarmas are juicy and thick. Jemit has excellent customer service skills. He goes above and beyond to serve us every time we visit there. Overall a great heaven for Shawarma lovers in Milton

Service and food here has gone from bad to worse. And i am talking from a few experiences, not just one. Chicken salad was very watery. Shawarma is supposed to have fine thin sliced or shredded chicken but we got huge chunks, covered in black pepper powder! Very disappointing.

Very good food at a very good price. Each Shawarma is always packed to the brim with bursts of flavour - just enough for you to keep coming back, but not so much that it feels like an overload. Wide variety of vegetables alongside the meat of the dish itself, and portion sizes are quite generous, so much so that a super-size genuinely feels like a super-size and not just a medium. Service is wonderful, I've been there several times during April through June and each trip has been wonderful. Would recommend to anyone looking for a different kind of flavour from your burgers and pizzas.

Osmow Shawarma located in Milton is a must try shawarma spot! The quantity and quality is pretty good however the interior of the restaurant is very average but it’s good for takeout.
