Update - I have now been refunded but it’s unfortunate it took a negative review to achieve this.I ordered a pair of runners for my daughter for Christmas from this Company's website. The refund policy stated that I had until January 7 to return or exchange the item. I have been attempting to contact the Company since December 28 with no response. No one answers the phone line it just rings and rings. I get an automated response when I send an email or message stating that someone will respond to me within a matter of a few days, but I never get a response. I have tried taking the runners back to the store but they initially told me they couldn't be returned in-store, but now I am told they can be but I'm past the January 7th deadline so they aren't sure if they can accept them. I am waiting again for a response from their head office. This is completely ridiculous and unacceptable. I have never encountered such terrible customer service in my life. BEAWARE OF PURCHSING FROM THIS STORE - ONLINE OR IN-PERSON.

Final Edit April 13th 2023: I had finally received my in-store pick up on April 11th and the service was okay, The person at the entrance (we’ll call them Sales person A) somewhat looked miserable to be there but I’m sure they were just bored due to it being slow. The person who helped get my order was okay too(We’ll call them Sales person B). Definitely felt less intimidated with him than the one at the entrance. Take it from a customer who has anxiety going into community places, to have them feel welcomed and acknowledged is all you have to do to make all parties happy. And who knows, maybe Sales person A was having a rough day, but intimidation isn’t good. And I could go on and on about how customer service should be but I think it should just be common sense at this point.EDIT#2 APRIL 6 2023: Finally spoke to the store manager Kara (apologies if i misspelled) and she explained the whole thing, so for those who will be ordering online: customer service has to send your order to the store for them to be able to prompt it through the stores side so that the store themselves can process it and have the customer pick it up. I’m hoping this all ends up smoothly, but as of now Kara has been the most helpful and cleared everything up. I will be doing my final review once I receive my order.EDIT APRIL 04 2023: Apparently the store doesn’t do in store pick ups, meanwhile the person I had spoken to on Saturday said that they did, what a terrible experience this has been.So that people don’t get confused, like how I did “in-store pickup” means even though they have the product in stock, They don’t process it through, it has to be shipped from another location. I needed my order for a birthday gift and they told me “It would probably take a couple weeks” (on the website it says 1-7 days, doesn’t even clarify if it’s business or regular) Maybe if that was shown on your website I wouldn’t have placed an order and just bought them in person. Weird concept, meanwhile other retailers who say “in-store pick up” means if they have the product in their store, they will process it within the same day.

Took my son there to get converse shoes. First of all.....all the staff can wear any old shirt? Not even a store shirt to distinguish them. Very unprofessional.When we found someone, they checked on the shoes with his device, said theres some in the back. 5 min later he comes back with it says we have your aize but they're all in boxes so

I ordered Air Max Terrascape online. The shoes did not fit. I went to their store at Polo Park to exchange for a bigger size but the store manager told me that I couldn't even when their return policy says Returned items may be exchanged when returned in-store if an exchange item is available"."

Charged wrong for an item and still haven’t received a refund. I caught this initially and the manager took no initiative to even explain how and when the refund will be processed; he just took the receipt and essentially did nothing. It has been two weeks since the initial purchase. Went in-store to address this issue and the “trained” employee told me to wait a few hours and the manager, again, did nothing. It has been two days since. I recommend not shopping at this substandard establishment meant to look “hype” and shopping with more established companies that know how to deal with customers.

BUYER BEWARE!!!I ordered 2 items and 1 was promptly delivered. I immediately requested an exchange on the item because it was too small. I was required to submit a request online to be able to exchange or return it. You are not simply able to return to the store. I received an email back saying I would be contacted in 1-2 days with further direction. It has been 5 days and nobody has contacted me and I am still missing one item. I have no tracking numbers or any indication that the item is pending or when it will arrive. My credit card has been charged though. I have tried calling multiple times and it just rings. I have also tried live chat with no success. I will be calling my credit card company tomorrow to see my next action. This is unacceptable.UPDATE~ Still no word from JD sports. No ability to return or exchange the item that is too small and one item is still missing. No tracking numbers, calls or emails.

Made an online order and an account, was told it would provide me a tracking number once item has been processed and shipped. The only info they put was the name of the courier. Thankfully the courier was able to detect if I had a shipment through my phone number. It was from JD sports but on my account it still says processing. No one answering from customer service. Just brutal, last transaction I make with them

Worse customer service ever. I ordered online and it clearly stated you can return or exchange items in store and I tried doing so and they declined it. The policies are just so inconvenient that one can’t even get the same price listed on the website in store. The store manager will just tell you to either shop online or buy for a much higher price in store which is terrible.Be well aware that if you shop online, they will charge your card for your order but will take weeks to get a confirmation of shipping and even more to get them delivered. When you call their exceptional customer service line, it just rings and no one picks up the call. I can’t believe this is a global brand!

I made an online purchase and when I went to return it to the store, the manager Scott did not want to accept the return, he explained that the only way was to give me a store credit, it did not seem correct to me but I accepted. My purchase was 140 including taxes, but the manager wanted to return only 125! which I do not accept. Obviously I do not recommend this company and I will never buy from it again.

Edit; I had gotten no response from anyone but I did get noticed that the item FINALLY got processed and is being shipped out today after two weeks of waiting with no response.Do not buy from this company. My order has been “processing” for nearly two weeks now. I sent an email last week questioning what’s going on and I’ve gotten literally no response. Their phone line just rings with no answer. At this point, just cancel the order. But can’t even reach anyone to do that. Beyond me how they have physical stores when they have the reputation of scamming people online.
