My tip" for others is search elsewhere for your flooring needs. I had no problem getting a quote from the Carpet Specialist but it did not go well after that. I was told it would be two weeks until my carpet was delivered. After 3 weeks I called and was told "by the end of the week." After another week i called again and got the classic "oh it just came in and you're on my list of people to call." Then
