I booked an appointment on phone for same day and when i showed up to clinic they told me that i got no appointment... i even showed the call log to the respected lady atbreception but she said it could be for another location... i came out the clinic called the no. I boolked appointment with and the same lady who said the no. Could be for another location picked up the phone and try to hold me for another two hours... disappointed... what else can we say... their clinic, their choice....

The blood drawing technology needs to be improved, but the service attitude is good. She gave my daughter three injections and the blood still didn't come out.she told I need to LifeLab on next day, then I told them , I can go to at noon,she said ok, I thought maybe she had took appointment, but when I went to Lifelab once and took it out, but a female employee at the front desk of Lifelab had an extremely bad attitude. She didn’t want do ,Because I was not very familiar with the whole process, I wanted to explain to her why I went there to draw blood. She was extremely impatient and interrupted me. Barely draw blood for the queue.

I really appreciate your services which are quick and well organized.All reception and x-ray staff and Dr Afrah Raza are very friendly and well mannered. All facilities like lab test and X-ray are under one roof.I personally recommend this place if anyone needed immigration medical examination.

Service is good at Brampton location but they take a lot of time to send result to Ircc. My friend did his medical on Friday and it has been 7 days and they still not submitted the results to Ircc. I am very disappointed
