My wife and I were pleasantly surprised at the size of the store inside and the funny/ no pressure attitude of the staff. Super kind and helpful, and had more options and better prices than we saw at any of the other furniture shops around town. Bought a sectional and loving it!

After shopping around at the other shops in town my wife and I finally found a sofa set that was a great fit and a great price, and in stock. The sales staff were helpful, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy like some of the other stores we went into. Delivery came on the day they told us it was going to, and we love it. We'll definitely return, and would highly recommend.

We had a great experience buying some nice Canadian-made furniture (Decor-rest) from Merit. From fabric selection to delivery, they really went beyond all of our expectations. We absolutely love our new sofa set! Their quote came in well below their competitors and Michael was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

The initial visit was awkward, the ladies at the store seemed a little reluctant to help and were very unapproachable. Went ahead and bought my very first bed set, and was told the set did not need a box spring. When I finally received my set, and put it together... low and behold it DID need a box spring. Numerous times over the phone I was redirected. They had no solution for me, other than to buy one. I live out of town, and not willing to pay their 200$ delivery fee. I would have appreciated them at least taking fault in this, or at least an apology. Don’t recommend.

Went into to browse for a recliner and ended up purchasing two of their LaZ Boy’s. Wide selection, very helpful service and at a fair price. We should have started our looking at Merit.

I called Wendy at the Duncan store and informed her I wanted to replace my 25+ year old Maytag fridge with a new model. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in identifying the exact model I needed. I paid half the cost as a down payment, and waited for it to arrive. When Wendy informed me that the original delivery date could not be met, I went into the store to see what was available there. Wendy found exactly what I wanted for a better model than I had originally ordered, and for delivery in only a few days time. The delivery guys were on time and very professional and careful. From beginning to end, Wendy was very reassuring and positive in her manner. Thanks!
