Installation of a new water heater and pressure tank. They were very meticulously proficient, quick and very pleasantly professional. We have hired them to help with several plumbing emergencies and they have no problem coming ASAP to access the situation even if there is 3 to 4 feet of snow. And their prices are very reasonable. At my age (62) and my father’s age (87) to know there is a company who really cares for the well-being and comfort of their customers is very reassuring. Thank you so very much!

These guys are great! From dealing with Yousif on the phone, to Aws doing the repair, these guys are very professional and explained everything to me. Aws explained the diagnostic test to determine the problem and Yousif kept in contact with me via phone as to when the part came in and they had it installed and running the same day. When we built our house we bought our hot water tank from CK. We have the warranty with them and thank goodness we do because our hot water tank cracked and needed to be replaced. I thought it was gonna be a nightmare trying to get a new one but CK made it so easy for us. I had to call after hours (around 6:30pm) and someone got back to me quickly. They came over right away and accessed the problem. Tried everything they could to get me an answer that night but couldn’t. Promised me they would get back to the next morning and they did. At first they couldn’t replace it the next day but they had a cancellation and was able to fit me in. I appreciated this so much. Some other companies wouldn’t even bother but CK went above and beyond for me. The guys who replaced it were amazing. The care they have in doing the job really surprised me. I’ve had work done in my house where they refused to take their shoes off; citing safety issues and I understand that. However CK employees all took their shoes off outside my door without me even asking. They also were worried the mess the hot water tank was causing me when they had to bring the new down and the old one up and asked if they could have a towel to clean it up. After everything was done they cleaned everything up and double checked everything. Although this should be the standard with every company, it’s not. I’m so happy companies like CK still operated this way. Thank you so much for all the help and work you guys did for us!

Had a leak on my on demand water heater, they came out same day and assessed the issue, they were able to get me a new heater the very next day! The whole time they were professional, great attitude, attention to detail and kind to my pup. 5 Stars!!

This is a trustworthy company.Both the customer service staff and the installation technicians are very friendly and professional. The technicians are very serious when installing the air conditioning system, even in cold weather. This is A reasonable priced and well serviced company also, I highly recommend their products and services.

CK mechanical workers are very professional and polite.They installed my AC unit today and the workers that came in were very informative and they explained everything very well.I called them directly for questions about my HVAC system they were very helpful and answered all my questions on the phone. Mike and Saif arrived right on time and got right to work. I think they only took maybe 20 minutes for lunch and continued working throughout the day. The job encompassed removing a 40+ year old heat pump and electric furnace and installing a new AC and gas furnace. (Check out the before and after photos). Needless to say there were some modifications needed to accommodate the new equipment. They did this with a level of professionalism and courtesy that seems very rare these days.Both were quick to answer any questions I had as was their colleague who came over to complete the AC installation and set up. CK was referred to me as being a honest and well qualified HVAC company and this has proven true from the time of the estimate. Everyone I've dealt with from Yassir, the co-owner to Nawar (who dealt with the paperwork) to Mike and Saif (who installed 0 the equipment) has been quite frankly exceptional.CK quoted the best price for the level of equipment required by our home and outdistanced their competition. Prior to deciding on CK, we got much higher quotes for much less efficient equipment - some of the quotes were stunning (and not in a good way).There are many companies that say service is their hallmark. CK's service, value and honesty puts them way ahead of the pack. I would recommend them without hesitation.

We had the previlige of using this Company to install a gas line and to hook up our new appliances. They were extremely professional and courteous. They were punctual and clean. I highly recommend this Company to everyone!
