So far absolutely horrible.The big thing I am dealing with now is that they charge you upfront in case the insurance fails to cover a certain aspect of the procedure and they will reimburse you when the insurance claims goes through. We are now months after the insurance has been paid and still no reimbursement.They hounded us no less than 5 times on the day before the appointment to make sure, and double sure and... quintuple sure? That we were still going to make it. Everything from emails to text messages to multiple phone calls on multiple phone numbers... But now that they owe us money... Or that something might have gone wrong with the accounts receivable or whoever processes their credit card transactions, not a peep from the front desk.Update: As of 3/2/2023: Office staff would have you believe that for a company that has been around for at least 3 years, no one knew at the time of making us pay over 600 dollars, that the refunding of that amount cannot be done on the same system they used to accept the money.

Waterford Smile Co has been such a great experience since day one. I am half way through my Invisalign journey and it has honestly been amazing. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. Harman has been such a great help to my Mom and I, she is overall so kind and answered all my questions before leaving my appointment to ensure a great visit. I recommend this place to everyone!

Worst experience. Not any kind of helpful attitude. They will ignore your condition if you went there while you would need an urgent care . So I would not recommend.

One of the best visits I have ever had! The office was very clean and they followed COVID protocols properly. The receptionist was very friendly and my hygienist Alyanna was the best! It was my first visit and Alyanna guided me through all the exams/test that were never done before at my previous dentist office and during the cleaning she was very gentle and made sure I was comfortable the entire time! Dr. Raj also went through the things he noticed with my teeth and gave me advice and options for my wisdom teeth! Awesome crew at Waterford Smile! Will definitely be back!

I had my Invisalign done here, completed in one year. Melissa and the staff here were really easy to work with. They also gave me the option to continue further if I wanted to clear up any other imperfections. Overall really good experience, highly recommended. Building interior was always clean and is decorated with good taste.

I strongly recommend this place for your dentals. The lady at the reception was friendly and helpful. The clinic followed up with me to make sure I don’t miss my appointment. I went in for examination and filling, Dr A Alambra and her team delivered an exceptional service. My tooth was painless after the procedure and felt natural.

I’ve been at Waterford Smile Co for about a year and a half I believe and I cannot say enough great things about the place! The staff is really amazing and very welcoming. I’ve seen all three dentists in the past year and they are very knowledgeable, thorough, and will gladly help you with any insecurities about your teeth. Alyanna, my hygienist, is the best! It’s as if I’ve known her my whole life. I always leave with the cleanest teeth possible and I always have a good time at my appointments! Highly recommend this place!

I love coming into Waterford Smile Co. The front desk staff is always so friendly and welcoming. They also make sure all the details of my appointments are covered and send me follow-up texts.I have recently finished my Invisalign treatment and I've never been happier with the results. Melissa and Dr. Nathan Jeal always had the answers to my questions and were great people to visit. I feel more confident with my smile and the experience was overall great!Dr. Alambra and Alyanna are the best and I trust them the most when it comes to any major procedures and overall dental hygiene. They answer all my questions and take care of me whenever I come in for an appointment.
