Over the course of three 12+ hour days, Landmark Roofing’s crew of Rob, Jake, Adam and Graham replaced my old cedar roof with Certainteed Landmark TL shingles; the built-in gutters and a skylight. From my first meeting with company owner David Leite I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I received a detailed written quote as well as addresses where I could view various roof colours, products and the Company’s workmanship. I appreciated David’s recommendations. He reassured me that his crew is the best and I can wholeheartedly attest to their punctuality, politeness, work ethic and professionalism. The guys were friendly and didn’t hesitate at explaining what stage they were at or what was left to do. They carefully protected the site for product delivery (the crane operator was really good too!) and the demo process and cleaned up the property at the end of each day. When the roof was finished they put the planters and patio furniture back in place. I couldn’t have asked for a better roofing experience and know that I choose the right company for this project. We had invited a few contractors to look at our roof, answer our questions and give us a price. Out of about a dozen or so candidates, Landmark really stood out with their attentiveness during our first visit and the detailed quote they provided. Their price is also very competitive given the level of quality and service they provide.David is an absolute gem of person, and very knowledgeable in his trade. He took the time to answer all our questions and outline the process exactly as it went down on the day of the install.The crew was professional and courteous, and they got the job done very efficiently and to a tee.We are grateful for the service and support we received from Landmark Roofing with getting our new roof installed. And will certainly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a roofing contractor.

Although Davie Leite & his Landmark Roofing Co. came to our attention via a glowing referral from a close friend, we did vet 5 companies in choosing. David has a common sense approach that made it easy to understand in layman's terms. Researching him only served to further reinforce he was the correct choice. Landmark was great to deal with! We explained on the phone what we were seeing and they immediately knew what was wrong. They were able to fit us in asap and arrived on time to see the issue and had brought the right tools to do the job on the spot. They quickly got the repairs done and now my roof does not leak! I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future if I have any issues!

Again you are a danger to everyone on the road. Since you decided to block me on Facebook and instead of taking accountability you tried to justify your actions and when I called You out over your other reckless driving behaviour you blocked me. So… I’m actually considering on contacting the police over your driving. I’ve talked to many people and they are completely shocked that someone like you is allowed on the road.

Landmark Roofing is great! They were quick & efficient & did a wonderful job on our new roof. From the very start of the process David was very professional & thorough with his quote. We appreciate that he took the time to answer all of our questions - and I had many of them - & explain our roofing options. He also made sure to address any leaks we had prior to the new roof install. He is gracious, patient and most of all very knowledgeable. David made sure we had the right roof for our wants and needs. Onsite, Robert made sure that work was done properly & that the site was cleaned each night before leaving. He's a very good leader of his crew & did an amazing job. The crew was hardworking & diligent in their work. I highly recommend Landmark Roofing & are very happy we chose to go with them for our new roof. Thanks again boys!

David is really a great person to deal with as he came by to explain all my roofing needs to me and answered all the questions I had. He really does truly care about the people he deals with. He is sincere and compassionate to people and was really an amazing individual to deal with. I would highly recommend Landmark Roofing to anyone looking at getting their roof done.

I called Landmark and 2 other companies Wednesday David from Landmark was one of 2 companies to reply and the only company to supply a quote. We had the quote in hand that day and David was able to tentatively schedule the work for the for early the following week. David then arranged for a crew to put tarps on the roof to insure no more water damage that same day. He then confirmed on Sunday the crew would be able to start on Tuesday.The crew was on time and professional the work site was kept clean as it progressed. The work was completed on time and as quoted.I am impressed with the whole process and if you knew me I don’t get impressed easily. I can't say enough about Dave and Landmark Roofing! We noticed a small leak in our roof on the Sunday of a long weekend and I called Landmark expecting to leave a message and have someone get back to me later. I was pleasantly surprised that Dave answered right away and made arrangements to come assess the problem as soon as possible. He came by with Rob and they found the problem very quickly and performed a small patch. I believe in supporting local companies and Landmark is a prime example of the excellent service available in our community. I highly recommended them.
