I would never recommend using this business. They are nothing but thieves!! While you are in there grieving and planning your loved ones arrangements.... They are purposely neglecting to tell you about a $1500 administration fee there are going to charge you and when you ask them what this fee is for, they cannot answer you! I refused to pay it and they threatened to send me to collections. So I told them to go right ahead. And when I ended up paying the account I took the $1,500 off and basically told them if you cash my check and it's account is paid in full... And literally wrote that on the back of the check. They try to take advantage of people in their grieving State, and I'm sure they get away with it with a number of people. But they were not going to get away with it with me!! Stay far away from this company!

Upfront about costs, and handled everything with grace and tact. They definitely made the ordeal more tolerable

I could not say enough thank you to this establishment and the staff for their kindness and understanding they provided. You took care of us with kindness and support. I came in from Texas to Winnipeg to support my in laws in their moment of grief and sorrow. Richard and their staff made a difficult time into a much easier experience. The fact that you and your staff was able to pull together my brother in law funeral in such a professional manner in such short notice was simple amazing. We can not thank Dave and Eirik enough for their professional care and support of our family in the loss of our husband, father and grandfather (Don Smales).
