They always have what I need for my fish and reptile needs, dog, and cat. Good, or at least better than average, for a big box pet store.

There is a bunch of people waiting here at 945 for this store to open because it doesn’t open till 10am… stop letting your employees sleep in and open at 9 like everyone else please. Very annoying

My husband and I were wanting to purchase fish, the women in the fish area was arguing with my husband about his fish what he could and not put in tanks together. We tried explaing that we aren't beginners and in fact have been doing this for awhile. She was rude and said we won't warranty the fish!". After getting nothing but attuitude from the women we walked out. As we were walking out my husband said he would never step foot into the store again because of the ignorant women. Don't recommend."

They carry a specific food I get for my cat which is appreciated. The staff all seem very young and new. The store seems to be kept clean. I don’t know how I feel about keeping the cats in the tiny compartments. As well as the hamsters that were in tiny cages.

Stuffed well for pet items. They have some pets to adopt, and children can touch them and pet them. You may find sales at times.

This is one of my go-to pet stores. I mostly shop for Aquarium fishes here. I have to admit, they have some really good tropical fish collections if you want to spend some money. Their cichlids such as Oscars, convict and peacocks are very healthy and well maintained. I have no issues it's been almost 7 months my cichlids are healthy. They have some great deals for members only. Don't forget to grab a membership card, it's free if cost and you can also redeem points. Thanks for the service andI highly recommend this place.

Selection was good however floor space is very crowded to make walkways and especially at the tills for my walker, myself and items I wished to purchase. The only place I can get duck, rabbit etc of car foods. No additives and my babies love the 100% duck. No gravey to cover flavour just jellied juices!! Yes more expensive but no waste as they clean their dishes! Awesome to have the choices!!

My favorite place in the world. The budgies are definitely socialized well and the staff is always the absolute friendliest.
