Right on Main street and super easy to find. Pitor is the man you’ll meet. He is very helpful and knows everything about phones. He’s also is very good at putting on glass screen protectors. The store has many accessories for your phone. If you have problems with your phone go there.

The person who helped me out at the telus store, Piotr, was FANTASTIC. I walked in needing a new phone and being I don’t have a ton of knowledge on the subject I couldn’t have ran into a better sales associate!!! He helped get me the best deals, the ideal device for my situation & plan, talked me through EVERYTHING to make sure it was clear and understood. Terrible service, inflated fees for stuff that Telus does for free in Calgary. Rude staff, this shop is known by locals for deceiving customers. They mostly live off elderly oblivious customers. Also, fake 5 star reviews, probably bought them.

I was very happy with my experience at the Telus store in Canmore, Alberta. I was visiting and had dropped my phone and it cracked the screen in a way that I could not use half of the screen. While knowing I had to get a new phone, I was worried I wouldn't be able to get a successful transfer of my pictures done due to the condition of my phone. Piotr did not give up and went above and beyond to make sure that I could transfer all my storage to my new phone. I was very thankful that day!
