The 4 of us just wanted a simple but tasty meal for dinner. The food here did not disappoint. The total cost came to $130 including tax but before tip. There was enough food to take home for a second meal! The only thing I didn't like was the table was near the door - it was a cold evening so every time the door opened we got a really cold blast.

Food and service was good. However not satisfied that when bill came and paid. Staffer came by and stated we did not tip enough and asked for more. Unprofessional.

Had lunch with friends total 3 people, ordered combo A and shrimp dim sum and eggplant dim sum, everything was good but not a big fan of chow mei with chicken because noodle was dry and did not have much flavour. Next time will come back and try something else

We are big fans of Neptune in Richmond, and very glad to find them coming to tricity, with plenty of classic options from genuine Canton cuisine. This new restaurant is bright, clean and family friendly, along with great services.

Will never come back! Manager was soo disrespectful. He rudely counted the money Infront of me twice, to clearly prove a point to me that I didn’t pay enough to his standards. I asked him there was enough did I short him and he just walks away and doesn’t bother to answer me. I’d go to another location to be quite honest because this type of service is just gross anddemeaning. To think this guy is the manager too, shouldn’t he have better customer service skills.
