I have been using Rick at Select Floors for all of my tile and flooring needs for over 8 years running! I am a contractor that prides himself on top quality craftsmanship and each trade is a valued part of my sales team! Rick and team offer an immense amount of knowledge and expertise on the products they sell and install. I can’t imagine switching to anyone else that could possibly offer more than they do at Select Floors. I confidently send clients to their store knowing they will be well taken care of and I know that if a problem arises (as they sometimes do) that they will step to the plate each and every time and rectify the situation. We just updated our second floor with new carpet from Select Floors and could not be happier! The staff was very helpful when we were comparing their selection to the larger outlet store. We were very pleased with the assistance in the show room, the wide selection of quality carpet, and the competitive pricing. Rick came to our home and answered all of our questions, and we were confident that the service would continue to be solid. The installers were on time, friendly and total professionals. I cannot say enough great things about Select Floors!! From walking through the doors to the final day of the installation was wonderful! Artur did our floors and he is an absolute magician! We have some rounded walls in our home and he wasn’t phased in the least. He truly went above and beyond to make our floors look their best! We also went with the vents that match/are made out of the floors and my oh my! They are SOOOO worth it.Thank you to the entire team that helped us along this journey. We just had 2.25 inch vinyl click on the lower level of the house as well as the same sized hardwood strips installed on the main floor. The installers Don and Cliff working on the vinyl went above and beyond to complete the job to perfection. Don spent the time to apply the incredible finishing touches which showcased the grand home we have. Arthur who installed the hardwood not only worked quickly but he paid meticulous attention to details, giving us the beautiful floor we were envisioning. Whether it was visible or not, Arthur paid same great attention throughout, to our total satisfaction. Thank you, gentlemen! This will be the fourth time I have used Select Floors services. I have had hardwood, laminate, lino, and blinds installed over a number of years. Consistently I find the personalized service and welcoming demeanor of Rick and all the staff exceptional. The installer of the most recent purchase is a true artisan and his commitment to detail and ensuring our satisfaction was incredible. Beveling edges that would normally be left square are the little things that make a good job look great. Make sure you clarify what is covered under their warranty. The front door on our condo began to scratch the flooring. Select Floors wanted to charge us for another box of flooring when we reached out claiming that it was not an installation issue
