Unexpected exemplary customer service. I intended to stop by for an estimate on a repair from our neighbour hitting our car and dislodged the headlight. I had weekend plans to go away but didn't feel safe with a headlight pointing at the ground.Water Street Auto's technician Rob had a short look and pulled it into the shop. Less than 10 mins later I had a properly aimed headlight.Could not be happier with the service these gentlemen provided on very short notice. I will be returning and recommending them!

I came in during the snow storm we just had like an hour maybe before it closed as my car couldn't make it home. I live in Hamilton. My tires were shot. I got a good deal and they stayed late and I was able to make it home safe. I honestly appreciate what they did for me. I'm not from Cambridge but I would definitely go here again. I can't remember the guys name at the front. Could have been Dave or something. Thank you!

Had a tire blow a hole, this has happened to me twice and water street auto has fit me in day of despite being busy. Customer service is always quick and helpful. Definitely will go back.

My husband brought our daughters car in to assess damage caused to under engine splash shield.Dave was awesome and put the car on the hoist right away. Parts were ordered and the problem was fixed when the parts came in.Definitely will be a return customer when the need arises and highly recommend this establishment! Thanks Dave and team!

Honest mechanics. I came in when my engine light turned on. Turns out there was nothing wrong with the engine and they were able to reset the engine light sensor free of charge.

Under the previous owner in the cal they had not put the tires on the new rims as I had wanted and said I could come back to get it done. In the time between the fall and the spring there had been a change in ownership.The new owner was happy to put right the mistake and did not charge me for it even though the mistake previously was not his fault. I really appreciate the great customer service.
