Arctic Glacier Canada Inc - Kamloops

They were supposed to come on the Tuesday following a long weekend. I'm working at a large campground and the campers need ice. I ran out of ice on the long weekend so we were desperate for ice. Tuesday came and my husband saw them filling up the freezers at a local grocery store so I figured another hour and they would arrive. They never came. I have called 4 times this week leaving messages every time asking what happened and could they call me back so I know when to expect ice. It's now Saturday and not one phone call and still no ice. So frustrating. I guess when you are the only game in town you don't have to be good or polite or efficient.
