Versai Salon and Spa

I got a haircut there yesterday by Camila. Despite she had a lot of good reviews here, she poorly did my hair. The style that I asked was Butterfly Cut but it’s not even near to that.She is a nice girl but I will not go back there.I probably have to go to another place to fix my hair.UPDATE: I called the salon to talk to Fabio (owner and who replied to my review). I left my number to the receptionist and explained the situation. Surprisingly he NEVER called me back. Customer service is not important for this business.

10/10 experience from the time I arrived to the time I left. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Camila (@hairbycamiladiaz) was very sweet, professional, and very talented. She listens to what you envision, but also provides her professional opinion. She explained each step and made sure I was comfortable my entire visit. I think she did an amazing job with my hair--colour, cut, and style. I will definitely be back :)

Camila is no doubt the best to have ever touched my hair. I was blonde and decided to box dye my hair black but I ended up not liking the black hair anymore after 5 months. I reached out to Camila on Instagram and got a quick respond from her. I told her my hair history and she was so willing to work on my hair. She was constantly checking on my hair through out the process just to make sure everything was good. I honestly can not thank her enough for bring me back to the hair colour I love most <3 She is so caring and will make sure that you are good all through out the process!

I went to the salon for a balayage and Camila worked on my hair, she did a really good job and I love how my hair turn out. She is kind and welcoming. And she is also very knowledgeable about the techniques. This place is very modern and clean, they have a beautiful interior.I really recommend this place and this stylist.

Where do I start with how impressed I am with this salon? When it comes to color perfection, Camilla is the IT girl!I came in for a funky balayage and she began with a thorough hair consultation. She took her time to explain all my options & explained the whole process every step of the way.Camilla was a very friendly, patient and artistic professional throughout the experience. Her spot-on recommendations to add/tweak colour dimensions and providing a fantastic cut elevated the hair transformation to even better results!Also, from the moment you walk in you can feel the positive vibes and easygoing atmosphere. Check-in was smooth and quick and I was seen promptly. Salon is bright, and clean with plenty of supplies on hand. Everyone is so friendly, and helpful. The fact that even the owners take the time to greet customers says a lot.Cam, thank you x 1000 for bringing out the best in my hair!!

Got a balayage with cut and style done by Camilla. Absolutely phenomenal service.The salon is very cozy and clean.I was greeted upon arrival, my jacket got hung as well.Camilla & Jerry are absolutely amazing. Esp with colour knowledge.I highly recommend versai to anyone.My hair looks amazing. I left very satisfied and will be returning.

Highly recommend Versai spa and Camila! I had my hair done by Camila today, absolutely in love! Finally found a hair dresser in my area I trust and that gave me exactly what I wanted!! My hair was pretty much orange from being colour corrected elsewhere and she got it down to the perfect deep brown I have been wanting she was also about to curl and give volume to my pin straight hair !

I love Versai! I’ve been going for well over a year and Jordan is a saint! An overall great person who makes me feel welcome, heard and valued during my haircuts! Appreciate all your amazing work, brother!! All the staff is super nice and welcoming. Highly recommend coming here :)

Went this week to get a balayage and cut done by Camila.The salon is beautiful and the staff is super friendly. Camila was such a delightful person with so much talent! She did an amazing job and make my hair look better then i could have ever imagined! I will definitely be returning!
