Torbay Public Library
Even though the rental space for this library is smaller than most, they have an amazing selection of books, and amazing librarian. I have been bringing my children here for almost seven years now, and the librarian makes my children feel like she is family. Would HIGHLY recommend this library!Also, if they don't have the book you are looking for, she will order it in for you if it's in the system!
