Taxi Bonjour Montréal

Ordered a cab for a 5am pickup to go to the airport 10 days before my flight! I amended my reservation to make it 4:30am 2 days before leaving (thank you anxiety). My driver texted me when he was on his way and arrived at my house at 415. He was helpful and friendly!! Cannot recommend enough!

Terrible. We called them in the evening to take a taxi to the airport the next morning. They didn't show up on time. After we called them, they lied that the taxi was just 2 min away, and they showed up 20 min late, so we almost missed our plane.

Very unprofessional company. I have booked the trip 7 hours in advance. Unfortunately, the driver did not show-up. I called them they said they dis not get the order (while it was successful done online). After long waiting, they said there is no taxi. It was very difficult since I have a flight.I will never use them in the future.

Ordered taxi to airport, driver never showed up.Manager even lie to us that she had contacted the driver to make sure we won't missed the flight.But no one never call, so we had to drive ourselves to the airport and paid for parking for 3w

We're a family of 5 were going to Mexico. So, we had 2 suitcases and 4 carry-ons. Therefore, we needed a minivan to fit in with all our luggage.On their website, I booked a taxi to aeroport a week in advance and a taxi on our way back home upon arrival. I got a confirmation, but I still called them to make sure they will be on time since the trip will be in the middle of major traffic hours. They assured me that a taxi will be on time!So, the time came and we are waiting... 5-7 minutes... Nothing! I called them. They asked me do you need a taxi?! Oh well..Yes, of course! They told me that they will send one. The taxi came 35 minutes late.By the time, I got to the aeroport I was already 1.5 hrs late.. Fortunately, we made it, but I had very bad experience with this reservation... I called them next day and gave them hard time about it. They assured me that a taxi will be waiting for me in aeroport, even if my flight will be delayed. Ok !...So, we landed tired, exhausted with connecting flight but on time... Guess what?! The Bonjour taxi was waiting for us ? Of course, not! This time, I had enough and took first available cab to get home.Well, I will never use their service again, never! Definitely, Uber is way to go if you want reliable service at reasonable price!

Booked a cab pick up for 6:30 am on their website. Never received an email with confirmation, trier calling them and phone goes straight on an never ending hold. Anyways, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited for it at the expected time. Never showed up. I called an uber who showed up within 3 mins.Then, the taxi industry why Uber us taking over.. well one word RELIABILITY.

We ordered a taxi a day in advance and got an email from an actual person (not just the automated calendar invite), and the next day our taxi just never showed up. I called the dispatcher and was placed on a long hold that no one answered and I was eventually disconnected after 10 minutes with no response. We ended up calling another taxi company and were grateful that one was available at the last minute since it was 5AM and we could have missed our flight. I will. Never trust Bonjour Taxi again - their service is unreliable.

Terrible. I made an appointment online the night before my flight for pick up at 4:30 am to go to the airport. They never called me to confirm and a driver called me 15 minutes after my scheduled pick up to say he’s 15 late and he’s picking up other people. I called him back 15 minutes later again and he said he needs another 15 minutes. I cancelled right away and booked Uber. What a waste of time and stress before my flight

Pre-booked using their form and accepted the google calendar request. Decided later in day that I would like an earlier pick up as ready then. Was told by operator he would send a taxi. 30 minutes later no taxi. Went with an Uber instead. Would not use this company again for transport to airport. Unfortunately they seem to have monopoly at airport.
