Bay Roofing did an incredible job fixing our roof. They are exceptionally timely, as they had guys out to do a review the same day I called. The quotes for repair were reasonable and delivered within 48 hours and repairs were completed within 3 business days.Vicki is exceptionally kind and considerate. All of the guys were lovely, hardworking and honest. There is a reason they are the number 1 company in the area!

I previously left a 5-star review, but I removed a star. Bay Roofing came to replace my roof in Feb and they did an excellent job. However, with all the snow on the ground, they were not able to collect the roofing nails that fell. We found many nails on the grass around the house in the spring. Concerned for my kids' bare feet, I called to ask if they could come and pick up the nails with a magnet. I was told they would come, but they never showed. I called again weeks later and the same thing happened. This is the only reason that I removed the star from my review.

We had the pleasure of having Bay Roofing at our home to replace our shingles on both our house and our shed. All I can say is what a hard working crew. Led by Mario as the lead hand they were incredibly courteous and professional. They always had a smile on their faces and they would all comment on how well they were treated by their company. I would highly recommend this group of guys to do any work at your home. Best roofing company in the North Bay area. Thanks so much guys for your great work!!

Great work on shingles and roof. They did leave a lot of nails for us to retrieve however. Flashing around chimney was redone but done well. However a small portion of brick broke off chimney so they waited numerous weeks before they told us we needed a mason to repair. It was a small portion under the new flashing that we repaired ourselves with concrete fix, you would have had to remove the new flashing to replace a full brick which was not needed. Now we have waited numerous weeks for the front flashing to be caulked. It's on their calendar I am 70 yrs old just went up a ladder myself and finally did it. A 5 minute job. The front office and back office don't know what each has said. So that part was frustrating. Hope caulking is good as I was to afraid to go higher and take a good look.

From the time we made the call for estimate on Re-Roofing and Gutter Installation we had extremely quick quoting, instant response to emails from the office, the Roofing crew was extremely professional, excellent workmanship, teamwork, attention to cleaning up, started early, 7:00 am and never stopped working until the job was done each day (not at 4:00), for 2 1/2 days. We are 125% satisfied with the job.Then the Gutter Installation crew showed up less than 2 hours after the Roofing crew was completed. What an amazing job, we had no idea Gutters could add so much detail and finish to a good roof (icing on the cake). The crew of 3 did an awesome job and worked with us to solve some issues with creative ideas. The use of hinged downspout extension is incredibly practical and will extend it's life, great bonus. The crew worked until the job was done, after 6:00 and you could see the pride in the quality of work they did and it shows. We are over the moon happy and can't believe how excellent a job was done.We were amazed at the professionalism of everyone, the team work of each crew member being one step ahead knowing what the next guy needed, all the right quality tools, happy employees who enjoy working together and where they work, a well oiled machine. It's been a long time since I've seen such a professional, well run organization centered on Customer Satisfaction !!Hands down, Highly Recommended. 10 Stars.Keith and Tina Q
