If a child were to go missing, don't callthem for last whereabouts. Especially if the child is 14 years and went either by themselves or with others to the doctor's office.

Very bad experience, the staff is very slow and they are always in a bad mood. After several attempts to call and they were very rude to me, they gave me an appointment for 6pm. When I arrived at the clinic, they told me that I didn't have an appointment because the clinic closed at 4 and that it had been a staff mistake. Very, very bad experience and very bad attention. The staff should have more common sense and treat their patients better! In addition, I was calling for more than 3 continuous days to renew my prescription for my birth control pills and they told me that I had to wait, but seriously, guys? more than 3 days waiting?? Excuse me but don't make me waste my time because of your incompetence! Thank you very much for your very bad service!

Lots of good services for the community.

Family’s been going here for the last 15 years and it’s terrible. Booking appointments can take anywhere from a couple of days to a couple of weeks. Any real problem is met with “more test” but no actual treatment for months. Have a quick question for your doctor? It’ll take weeks to get an answer. And Good luck getting a referral which also takes weeks. The amount of times I had to go to a walk in clinic instead of my own family doctor…

Black Creek Health Centre, please consider your essential front line staff who are on strike.

Blackcreek is an extremely amazing place for family a wide range of different programme. The team effort that’s put into helping families, the community workers and social workers are extremely helpful very professional.Doctors and staffing in general.Helped my family many times I will definitely recommend this institution to anyone and everyone thanks Blackcreek family.....

My kids and i were patients there from 1999 -2007 till we move away from the catchment area. This was the best clinic ever, i miss all the staffs especially Dr fung, Dr To , and all the rest of the staffs they had there. best of the best.

Worst experience with booking appointment that I never had in my life. I never complaint or write a review about anything before. But sadly, I did it today. Even I talked with the manager. She yeld and laughing at me instead of calm me down or solve the problem.Ppl stay away from this place!!!
