Very receptive along the process of ordering parts, even with delays outside of their control they kept me up to date through the whole process. Once parts arrived, the rim i ordered was built up to my wheel quickly which i was stoked about. Would recommend.

Just met John, Ayel, Adam and all the good people over at IMBY bikes. They fixed my broken brake on the spot so I could get out for a Burke lap. Picked up a new tire as they have great selection of bike gear.

Beautiful shop, full of everything you might need if you service your own bikes. As I walked in, one of the techs was meticulously detailing a bike's cockpit to make sure it was ready. Obvious pros.They were friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I was looking for a missing part for an old dropper post, one that's hard to get these days. IMBY went out of their way to try to help and managed to find one! Saved me a ton of hassle.If you wrench on your own bikes, or prefer to let the pros do it, this is the place. I'll certainly be back.

Great customer service, very efficient and knowledgeable. Great little shop, good selection and things are actually in stock. Responded to my email request very quickly and professionally-- Very impressive and makes things easy. Mechanic looked very skilled while working on a bike, I do most of my own work but I'd definitely recommend this place if you need anything done on your bike!

I didn’t have anything major, just some shifting problems and they quickly sorted it out. They were very nice, got thing done quickly, and were pretty upfront about potential costs (I appreciated that). My friend has had a good experience with them as well. I would go back!Update (May 2022) :I had them build me a bike (with rainbow wheels) and it turned out amazing. They were very consistent with their email communication. I appreciated how much they explained and educated about the potential components I was choosing.

My new fav service shop.On my first visit I needed some help with my high end Road bike. Even though they work on a lot of mountain bikes I thought I’d give it a shot as this is so close to my house and was hoping they might be able to help. They fixed my free hub issue quickly and provided a spare part that was needed. I was out in 10 min.Super nice people as well. Try them out next time you need service.Added bonus - parking here is easy!
