I understand you are short staffed but updating bus cancelations as the busses are supposed to be picking up children is ridiculous. I checked this morning at 610, four cancelations. Send my kid to the bus to find out its been changed and canceled within the hour. Thanks a bundle.

Originally had one star. Moving go three stars because they were very responsive when I emailed and are taking steps to be more reliable.

Your driver likes to fill the bus up with gas while its running. I wonder if he uses his common sense while driving with children.

Having busses that are over capacity with kids is completely unsafe. There have been multiple days my son sits on the floor of the bus going up the 115 highway. And he is not the only one. You need to do something about this because we are short staffed" isn't an excuse when it comes to someone getting hurt."

I can’t count the times we just don’t have a bus. For weeks on end. I’ve had to go to my boss, hat in hand, and ask forgiveness and work-around because I have to drive my kids to school most mornings.I don’t get credit on my taxes for the lack of service.Honestly - I’ve checked out with these guys, but like most thing like this, I have to keep paying my taxes and they get to simply not drive my kids to school.

Bad call on STS buses should not have been on the road today taking too many lives into your own hands

Extremely disappointing school Bus service.You never know when and for how long they could cut bus service .If you are working out of city your kids will often miss school. They always say we are hiring and training new drivers.Why drivers leave them always. Management must have some serious issue.How cam we continue kids school.We ask government take legal action against this company and rebuilt structure. Highly disappointed.

I have never took a school bus, but you need to make sure the busses are safe and call out when the busses need to be canceled more often.

Bus has been cancelled for a whole week now without any info, I'm missing too much school. Plus you gotta walk 15mins to just be stuck there waiting half an hour for it to show up it's madhad a fill in bus driver for about a month, he being 24 is asked for 12th graders snaps and proceeds to send mirror pics?? literally who are they hiring atp. Not to mention people having to sit 3 to a seat and even before in the aisle as we are on the high way for about 10-15 minuteswe also go to 3 schools completely unrelated to each other and it takes an hour for me to get home. I live 10-15 minute drive away from the school to begin with

This morning I took my daughter out to the bus stop to catch her school bus (route 667), it usually comes around 8:35. By 8:50am we were all still waiting. It was cold, wet, rainy day & we were all getting soaked waiting.One of the other parents called the school to find out if they were aware of the delay or if the bus was canceled. The school didn't know anything. The stco website did not show our bus included in the cancellations or delays. We had no idea what was going on & the children ended up being picked up by a completely different bus & driver (632).It would have been nice if we had been informed of what was happening instead of standing out in the rain not having a clue if a bus was ever going to come. Please come up with a better solution so this doesn't occur again.
