Spacious store with lots of selection. Love the walk up stairs dog Wash station. That's a bonus!. The store offers adoption clinics from time to time, I think that's a wonderful way to support local shelters.

I love this store! The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. They have always accommodated my extremely Loud and obnoxious German shepherd for the self dog Wash, and today they allowed me to bring my cat in after she had peed on herself during a trip to the vet. Being able to used their tub, shampoo, towels and dryer right then and there for only $10 plus tax was extremely convenient for me. The staff also helped me pick out a product to use to get the urine out of her carrier and my car. It worked wonders! Thank you so much and I will continue to user this store!

Decided to look at PetValu for some dog items. When I walked past the cash desk the young gentleman asked if I needed help finding anything. I responded the leashes but that I see them now. While looking I couldn't find what I was looking for so I asked if he could help me. He said sure and came over. When I stated I was looking for a loose leash he seemed confused, so I said it helps with pulling and for training, I had seen online. He directed me to different set of items which I did not want to use on my puppy. I then redirected him to the leashes I was looking at but I couldn't read the name of them as the price was covering it. As he was about to look at it, the bell rang for the cash desk. He handed back the item to me and said I have to go help the customer" and walked away.I have worked in customer service and retail and that is NOT how you should handle this situation. I felt like I was not important. I mean if he said just give me a second I'll be right back or let me get someone to help you if he wasn't sure

Unprofessional, I went in for a dog wash and my child was having a bit of a tantrum. The elderly lady was rolling her eyes at her colleague. I walked out and went to Petsmart instead and I must say their Dog wash is soo much better!, the dryer actually drys your dog as well! Staff are way more accommodating and seem to enjoy their job. I used to go to petsvalue fairly regularly for baths ans I will never go back.

My boyfriend came into the store yesterday, at a pretty slow pace to the day, to get some kitten food. Although he came into the store wearing a mask, he was YELLED at to sanitize while every single employee had NO mask on? I don't understand. For your information he already put sanitizer on as soon as he entered the store. This was our first and only trip to this pet store- people are unreasonable enough during these times as it is- we don't need employees who just come off looking silly when they aren't even abiding by the COVID laws....
